Todd Schwedt, MD, MSCI, is a Professor of Neurology, Vice Chair for Neurology Research, and Medical Director of the Clinical Studies Unit at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the American Headache Society and on the Board of Directors for the American Migraine Foundation. He is a neurologist who specializes in the management of patients with headache and the principal investigator of a research team that studies migraine, post-traumatic headache, and other headache types. He has led numerous multistakeholder and multicenter efforts in the headache field, including projects that have involved academic institutions, medical societies, federal agencies, patient organizations and representatives, and industry.
